JOHN BISHOP NYC COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Sign-up to John Bishop’s mailing list on the official John Bishop website before 31st December 2025 to enter. The requirements of the competition must be fulfilled in order to enter. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
   
2. Competitions open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over.
   
3. The competition closes 11.59pm on 31st December 2025, the winner will be contacted by directly.
   
4. The winner will receive 2 economy return plane tickets to New York from any major UK or Irish airport, 4 nights in 4* accommodation for 2 people in one double, or twin room and entry to the John Bishop New York gig for 2 people.
   
5. The winner and their +1 must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining from the departure date and an ESTA visa, in accordance with entry regulations from the UK to the USA (GOV.UK website). The winner is responsible for ensuring they have these.
   
6. The winner is responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance and any necessary cover.
   
7. The winner will be selected at random and notified within 5 days of the end of competition.
   If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the set time period, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
   
8. The winner will be contacted by email via John Bishop’s official email address with a follow up from SJM Concerts with details on how to claim their prize.
   
9. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are nontransferable.
   
10. The winner is responsible for checking the status of their flights once confirmed, we cannot be responsible for any flight changes, delays or cancellations. If the airline does not provide an alternative option, we will not be able to offer alternative travel / accommodation arrangements.
    
11. For any prizes including tickets to an event, please note that event restrictions apply and are subject to change. The winner is responsible for checking any venue restrictions or changes to the event prior to the show.
    
12. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any issue outside of the organiser’s control.

14. To the full extent permitted by law the organiser will not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
    
15. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the organiser, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
    
16. We reserve the right to remove the offering if the age / entry / travel terms and conditions have not been met.
